Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS:

Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of the received date. Return & exchange requests can be made directly through your order history. 

SHOE RETURNS: Please not use the shoe box as the shipping box or your return will be rejected. The shoe box must presentable and not taped or labeled in order for the return to be fully processed.

Returns past two weeks will not be approved.

What can be returned?

• Items that are UNWORN & unwashed
• Items free of perfume, dog hair, deodorant, smoke
• Items purchased at regular price

What cannot be returned?

• Items that have been worn or washed 
• Items that smell of perfume or smoke
• Items with dog hair or deodorant
• Bodysuits, swimwear, custom items, leggings, sports bras, cosmetics, perfumes
• Hats or headwear
• Jewelry
• Sale Items - items purchased with a discount code greater than 20% off

EXCHANGES:
We will issue a store credit code on every return for you to re-purchase your item if it’s available or find something else you love! Please note that unless return/exchange and shipping insurance is added to your order, we will deduct the cost of shipping and return shipping from your store credit. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you received a damaged item, there is a three day notification policy from the day you received your item. Email us within three days for a store credit. Damaged items must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

HOW DO I GET STORE CREDIT?

Store credit will be issued directly to your account. You can access your account from the link below:

Returns are processed every 3-4 days!

Please double check your shipping address when placing your order and email us within 12 hours if a change needs to be made. We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect shipping address, but will do our best to correct it for you if you made a mistake!
