This kit is phone activated and features blue light therapy. On average each 15 minute session whitens your teeth 2-3 shades lighter. 

How: To whiten, twist your whitening pen, paint each tooth liberally with the whitening gel, plug in the adaptor, set a 15 minute timer and relax. For more detailed instructions, refer to the instruction guide in your box.
